In order to give your web sites maximum processor power, we’ve isolated the bulk of mail processing and given the job to other servers to process. By using our anonymous MX1 and MX2 records, your incoming mail is routed direct to two servers located in two separate data-centers. Here, using Spamassassin, Bayes filtering, public blacklists and a number of finely-tuned internal mail filtering rules, your incoming mail is scanned for spam and other malicious content. If it passes those initial tests, it is then virus scanned, and the resulting cleaned mail is then forwarded to the server you are hosted on. Of course, you can also fine-tune SpamAssassin and filtering rules within your own control panel to add additional protection from spam and malicious emails.
